Volunteer Opportunities – Northern Beaches Services

Our Northern Beaches service operates 6 days a week from a warehouse at 12 Powells Road in Brookvale, offering a wide range of volunteering options available in addition to helping at our weekly community meals in Manly and Narraweena.

1. COOKING

Volunteer cooks join a fortnightly roster to prepare food at home on Monday or Wednesday and deliver HOT to our Brookvale warehouse on Mon/Wed at 4pm (fortnightly roster). Join our team of “warehouse warriors” to pack hampers, prepare meal deliveries, make sandwiches and soup for community meal services, and complete general warehouse duties. Some light lifting required. Fortnightly roster.

3. DELIVER MEALS TO CLIENTS ACROSS THE NORTHERN BEACHES

Deliver meals and hampers directly to clients referred by social service agencies for food relief.
