Meet The Board


Diana is also involved in the day-to-day administration of One Meal. She is a mother of three children and has four grandchildren.

Cristina has vast experience in governance and has served on various not-for-profit Boards, presently as a director on the Board of Multicultural NSW, as Chairperson of Coalition for Conservation, as Vice-President of the Australia-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and as former director of the Australia-Latin America Business Council. Cristina has a Bachelor of Law from the University of London and a Graduate Diploma on Corporate Law & Governance from the University of Sydney.

Jacqui has previous experience as a Board director and executive member of an established not-for-profit and brings a strong understanding of government through her work in politics.
With an interest in the way public and private spaces interact throughout the community, Jacqui hopes to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for One Meal’s patrons and volunteers.

With a degree in Clinical Psychology and significant professional experience in policy making Fabian has a sound basis for guiding One Meal’s operations. Fabian’s interest in nutrition also provides significant value for One Meal. Fabian is focused on improving the lives of One Meal’s patrons and creating effective, sustainable support systems that provide long-term benefits for patrons.
Fabian grew up in Germany, studied in Finland and migrated to Australia. This helps him to sympathise and converse with patrons from all walks of life.
The elements that he thinks are most valuable about One Meal are the diversity of people that come together during each service and the emphasis on human connections.

Emma has served on the leadership team of Our Lady of Fatima Peakhurst and is currently an integral member of their outreach program. In this role Emma has been responsible for building and strengthening relationships between the parish and community. Emma is also the mother of two teenage girls and has run her own small business for the last 22 years.

He is the founder and Managing Director of a health food manufacturing company in Sydney and co-owner of Naked Foods Management, having vast experience in business management & development, marketing and sales.
