Rob has been involved with One Meal for over 3 years and is the Area Coordinator for the Sutherland Shire service area. Rob has a history in aviation with qualifications in Human Factors, Engineering, Quality and Safety Management. Beyond working with the Sutherland service, Rob has built many links with the business and the community, ensuring a robust funding model is maintained. Rob has also been involved with the establishment of new service areas including, Riverwood and Blacktown and additional services within the Sutherland Shire.
Diana is an active advocate for the homeless as co-founder of One Meal and presently Vice-President. She was pivotal in developing the operational side of the charity and expanded its presence to various areas.
Diana is also involved in the day-to-day administration of One Meal. She is a mother of three children and has four grandchildren.
Cristina is a passionate advocate for health food and the homeless and has been involved with One Meal for the past three years. She co-owns health food manufacturer SalDoce Fine Foods winning the NSW Premier’s Export Awards 2016 and the Ethnic Business Awards 2017.
Cristina has vast experience in governance and has served on various not-for-profit Boards, presently as a director on the Board of Multicultural NSW, as Chairperson of Coalition for Conservation, as Vice-President of the Australia-Brazil Chamber of Commerce and as former director of the Australia-Latin America Business Council. Cristina has a Bachelor of Law from the University of London and a Graduate Diploma on Corporate Law & Governance from the University of Sydney.
Jacqui MunroPublic Officer
Jacqui has been involved with One Meal since 2016, having joined on the recommendation of a local City of Sydney Councillor. Through volunteering and team leading at Glebe and Darlinghurst services, Jacqui became well-acquainted with One Meal’s founder, Paul, and felt inspired to commit to the organisation’s development.
Jacqui has previous experience as a Board director and executive member of an established not-for-profit and brings a strong understanding of government through her work in politics.
With an interest in the way public and private spaces interact throughout the community, Jacqui hopes to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for One Meal’s patrons and volunteers.
Fabian is a strong advocate for social justice and equality, which is why One Meal’s mission of ‘advancing the well-being, outlook on life and prospects for the future independence’ of all patrons is very close to his heart.
With a degree in Clinical Psychology and significant professional experience in policy making Fabian has a sound basis for guiding One Meal’s operations. Fabian’s interest in nutrition also provides significant value for One Meal. Fabian is focused on improving the lives of One Meal’s patrons and creating effective, sustainable support systems that provide long-term benefits for patrons.
Fabian grew up in Germany, studied in Finland and migrated to Australia. This helps him to sympathise and converse with patrons from all walks of life.
The elements that he thinks are most valuable about One Meal are the diversity of people that come together during each service and the emphasis on human connections.
Emma WilliamsDirector Operations
Emma Williams is the Area Coordinator of the Riverwood Service. Emma has been involved with One Meal for just over a year, starting as a volunteer with the Sutherland service then branching out to develop and start Riverwood. Emma is currently looking at how best to enhance the day to day operations of One Meal as a whole.
Emma has served on the leadership team of Our Lady of Fatima Peakhurst and is currently an integral member of their outreach program. In this role Emma has been responsible for building and strengthening relationships between the parish and community. Emma is also the mother of two teenage girls and has run her own small business for the last 22 years.
Martin has been on the Board of One Meal for the past three years. He has extensive experience in marketing research having graduated with a degree from the University of Technology Sydney and having held senior positions in Australia and South East Asia at AC Nielsen , the Maxwell Group and IAMS (Mars Inc).
He is the founder and Managing Director of a health food manufacturing company in Sydney and co-owner of Naked Foods Management, having vast experience in business management & development, marketing and sales.
